Principals
BCER Engineering is a Mechanical, Electrical, Life Safety and Fire Protection Engineering firm serving the Rocky Mountain area since 1994. Two of the founders, Marc Espinosa and Dave Robinson, have each worked in the Consulting Engineering business for more than 30 years. Together with principal partners Dick Matthies, Mike Cordero and Steve Rondinelli BCER has been blessed with the development of a great company that works hard and plays hard each and every day.

 from 1996 to 1997. Steve was the Vice President and Manager for Rolf Jensen & Associates Denver office for nine years prior to joining and becoming a Principal at BCER Engineering in 2006. Steve has applied the professional services of Life Safety and Fire Protection to many large and complex projects throughout the United States including Denver International Airport, the City and County of Denver and many recent developments in the Vail Valley.  where his first assignment was to complete redesign of the original Malting Process for Coors Brewing Company. In 2002 Chris then joined BCER Engineering and worked on many process oriented projects for client such as Lockheed Martin and Coors Brewing Company. Mike Schroeder, P.E.
 as a project engineer. While at IPE, Mike worked on many projects spending a considerable amount of time working on the significant addition and renovation at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. Mike joined BCER Engineering in 2002, and was promoted to Associate in 2005.
