Our staff led by Mr. Rondinelli, a licensed Architect supports our extensive background in building codes and standards. This includes the Uniform Building Codes, International Building Codes, National Fire Protection Association 5000 Building Code and building code amendments throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. This knowledge includes the development of codes, plan reviews for building code compliance and development of life safety reports. We have been involved with the Building Code Revision Committee in the City and County of Denver since 1989. Mr. Rondinelli was the chair of that committee with the adoption of the 2003 and 2006 Denver Building Codes. We do not just interpret building codes but are very familiar with the intent of the codes and application of the codes in any building no matter how complex the building. Our services include; occupancy classification, construction type, fire resistive separations, occupancy loads and egress analysis, special occupancies such as atriums, high-rise buildings and complex mixed-use occupancies.
