BCER Engineering is headed south. Steve Rondinelli, President/CEO of BCER Engineering announced that on April 1, 2016 BCER Engineering will open its newest office in Tampa, Florida. A major healthcare client has asked that we be a part their development in the Central Florida area. We bring our 20+ years of healthcare expertise along with our experience in the commercial/office, educational, transportation, cultural, industrial and data center markets to the booming Florida market.
To best meet that need we’ll be opening an office in the Westshore Business District of Tampa, Florida. This new location is a principal business district of Tampa, Florida, with more than 11,000,000 square feet of commercial office space, 4,000 businesses with nearly 100,000 employees, numerous hotels, two major shopping malls (International Plaza and WestShore Plaza) and more than 200 restaurants and bars. Westshore Boulevard is the district’s main thoroughfare. The Westshore Business District is minutes from Tampa International Airport, providing easy access for those commuting to the Tampa area.
Clint Cator, Director of Business Development has been establishing a strong client base over the past 18 months in the Florida region. Clint is in the process of moving his family to Tampa and is looking forward to collaborating with and creating lasting client relationships. Mike Cordero will be the Managing Principal in charge of all BCER operations in the Florida office.
