Due Diligence

We provide observations of existing conditions to assist with real estate transactions or deficiencies in existing buildings. Our evaluation includes evaluation of all fire protection and life safety systems for compliance with codes that the building was constructed under. We then document our findings with recommendations and cost estimates for upgrading or replacement of these systems. We also provide evaluation of properties to meet GSA standards.
