UNC – Ross Hall

BCER provided Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Design services for the expansion and renovation of Ross Hall.  Ross Hall is the main laboratory and science teaching facility that accommodates high-tech laboratory space for Chemistry, Biology and Physics for the University of Northern Colorado.  Fume Hood requirements throughout the facility and specialized electrical equipment were incorporated into the design and fully coordinated with the Laboratory Consultant from the Lab Distribution Panel to the case work in each laboratory. The new expansion is approximately 100,000 square feet, with the renovation consisting of 85,000 square feet.
