An associate principal at BCER, Jennifer is dedicated and passionate about her BCER family. She chose to join the team as a receptionist 27 years ago and has diligently progressed in various aspects of the company. As Director of Administration, Jennifer takes pride in her ability to think; work out logistics; and plan and implement BCER’s day-to-day operations. Her unique ability to troubleshoot problems before they arise is impeccable and extraordinary.

Over the years, Jennifer has been an essential piece of BCER’s culture. She is strong, honest, and straightforward in her relationships, whether with her co-workers, clients, or family and friends. People doing good by other people inspires Jennifer, aligning perfectly with BCER’s core values.

Outside of the office, Jennifer loves her toes in the water and a good book in her hand. She loves spending time with her daughter, friends, and family who live on both sides of the Rocky Mountains, but her true love is the sun, sand, and water! Jennifer loves traveling, reading, country music, and fancy cocktails.
