Like most kids, Mike thought being a first responder, pilot, or astronaut would be awesome. He also liked building things with Legos, models, and forts. His father was an electrical engineer, and he worked on cool projects; airports, high-rise buildings, and factories. He saw the light in middle school and realized he would probably be an engineer or work in construction.

Mike has over 37 years of experience in consulting and corporate engineering. He graduated from the University of Colorado in 1987 with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He joined BCER in 1997 as Lead Electrical Engineer, where he was elected an Associate in 1998 and then Principal in 2006.

Mike is inspired by providing clients with an affordable, proven design and a practical solution to uncommon issues. Mike’s knowledge, commitment, and quick thinking are pivotal to BCER’s success. Mike takes on a leadership role for various projects and clients while leading our Tampa, Florida office.
