Denver Hospice Inpatient Care

The Denver Hospice’s Lowry Inpatient Care Facility was designed to facilitate the Denver Hospice’s vision to set the nationwide standard for delivery of hospice and palliative care.  This new facility is consists of 24 patient rooms, a chapel, education room, family gathering spaces, administration offices, kitchen facilities, pharmacy, loading and maintenance areas, nurse station, spa room, computer room, and large courtyard with landscaped areas.  Rimrock’s work on this project included development of cost projections, engineering and design, value engineering, cost analysis, construction administration, and installation oversight for numerous healthcare-related technology systems and components.
