Nestled in an area of down town Denver that is being revitalized this 25,000 square foot remodel of an existing warehouse building, now houses Megastar an vibrant and modern mortgage company. The build-out consisted of 2 floors of office, conference, closing rooms, open areas, a modern break room. The building and modified to have 2 skylights to allow natural light into the interior of the building. The large main skylight showcased the new staircase in center core of the work area. The mechanical and electrical systems were up-dated and designed to have an open feeling with many areas being exposed to the structure.

The 2 building campus consists of approximate 330,000 square feet is generator and UPS backed up spaces that include server rooms, IDF closets, offices, conference, training centers, a full service kitchen and cafeteria.
