BCER Engineering provided Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Protection engineering services for the design and construction of this new 115,000 sf manufacturing facility for Value Plastics. This project expands our extensive industrial resume with some very unique features. One such space is the 40,000sf of clean rooms utilized for the manufacturing and assembly of plastic medical components such as fittings, valves, and tubing. The remaining spaces in this Loveland Colorado facility include office/administrative, manufacturing support, storage, and shipping. Other highlights include a large compressed air plant, custom air handling units, high efficiency lighting, and daylighting controls
This $17,000,000 project was designed utilizing Revit to coordinating the base building MEP systems, ductwork, lights, ceiling, and structure for minimal field construction issues from the contractors.
