LPS – Little Raven Elementary School

BCER provided Communications, Telecom, Security, and Audiovisual consulting services for the newest school in the Littleton Public School District. This 98,000 sf school was built from the 2018 Bond that passed to support the district’s growing needs.

Features of our consulting services included the following:

• Unique classrooms included a Maker space, autism suite, center-based program, and ELD classrooms. Classrooms were fitted with interactive display on the presentation wall, and overhead Bluetooth audio systems.
• Group rooms featured wireless sharing, and control for power, source selection, and volume were done via a local pushbutton controller.
• The Learning Commons featured large format presentation learning stairs, a large format projector with wireless presentation offered. Control panels manage source selection, power, volume, and screen control.
• The cafeteria supports a stage that can be opened up from the music room. A large format projector and projector screen provides video reinforcement for presentations. Sound system supports use of wired and wireless microphones, and all audio can be managed via an audio processor and wireless control via iPad controls.
• The gymnasium has a dedicated sound system with audio inputs, volume, and power control for the overhead speakers. This system also supports wired and wireless microphones.
• The administrative conference room includes a large screen TV and a tabletop microphone and web camera for video conferencing.
• Security features included Access Control System, Video Surveillance System, Intrusion Detection, Duress, and Video Intercom systems.
• The low-voltage systems included Public Address, Mass Notification, Paging/two-way Intercom, and Clock/Bells.
