Trizetto

TriZetto delivers innovative healthcare information technology solutions help healthcare organizations to work more efficiently and collaboratively to deliver better health care. The project consisted of the build-out of four floors totaling approximately 165,000sf for the TriZetto Denver Headquarters.  The new headquarters is located in the Meridian Office Park in Douglas County, CO.  Programmed space includes: Café/food service area, executive briefing center, corporate offices, executive/corporate conference rooms, Network Operations Center (NOC), IDF rooms, data/computer room, fitness center, common spaces such as lobby, bathrooms, storage and multipurpose rooms. .  The project team is working toward achieving a LEED CI certification.
