Although he is our go-to engineer for mission-critical and secure facilities projects, he has had a hand in hundreds of BCER’s projects in every market sector. Byron views each project holistically; He understands the many parties that must integrate for a successful project and prioritizes teamwork every step of the way. Byron leads our mechanical department by implementing thoughtful processes, finding creative solutions, and always remembering BCER’s role in the end user’s experience.
