In addition to her operational leadership, Human Resources has become one of Jennifer’s most impactful responsibilities. She is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive onboarding experience, ensuring new employees feel comfortable, confident, and excited about joining BCER. Jennifer takes pride in helping people feel like they’ve found the right place—fostering connection, trust, and a strong sense of belonging from day one.

Over the years, Jennifer has become an integral part of BCER’s culture. She values strength, honesty, and straightforwardness in her relationships with co-workers, clients, and loved ones. Her inspiration comes from seeing people do good for others, which aligns perfectly with BCER’s core values.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys relaxing with her toes in the water and a good book in hand. She treasures time spent with her daughter, friends, and family, who live on both sides of the Rocky Mountains. Her true passion lies in the sun, sand, and water. Jennifer loves traveling, reading, listening to country music, and enjoying fancy cocktails.
