Anadarko Petroleum

BCER Engineering provided Mechanical and Electrical Engineering services for the complete renovation of the top 15 floors of the Granite Building located at 1099 18th Street, Denver CO for Anadarko Petroleum. These extensive floor remodels totaled over 250,000 gross square feet and required extensive coordination between the Design Team, Contractor, and Owner/User Groups to execute the renovations with minimal impact to the employees and operations. Spaces include: General offices, corporate offices, data center, lobby, break rooms, training rooms, bathroom groups, test labs, exercise space, locker rooms, storage, and printing. Since this project, BCER has become the Building Engineer for Granite Properties and has served them on multiple tenant improvement projects.
