BCER provided Telecom, Audiovisual, Security, and Low Voltage design
consulting for this 76,000 sf, 3-story commercial facility and retail space.
The building features a multipurpose Community Room that includes
two 20,000 lumen ceiling-mounted laser projectors with special event
and video conferencing capabilities. The main lobby showcases a 1.2mm
110” video wall.

There are over 17 conference/training rooms that allow for Teams and
Zoom one-touch calls. Common areas are supported by sound masking,
managed digital signage displays, hallway room schedulers, buildingwide automation, and much more.
