St. Francis-Interquest Orthopedic Hospital

BCER was commissioned to provide engineering consulting for the new
St. Francis-Interquest Hospital in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This
project establishes a new health campus on the 57.9 acre Interquest site.
Phase 1 development was limited to 20 acres for a 4-story Orthopedic
Hospital with 72 beds, totaling 185,999 sf, (plus Basement Service Area/
Staff Lobby) and Site Detention.

The site also includes a building pad for an adjacent, 3-story MOB/ASC.
The area includes parking with 715 surface parking spaces, of which 121
spaces are covered by a single level, natural-ventilated Parking Deck to
provide a pedestrian plaza/practice/rehabilitative field on the platform. A
helistop is provided at grade proximate to the ED entrance for emergency
patient transportation.
