Colorado Convention Center Hotel

BCER Engineering provided the Electrical Engineering Design for the new Colorado Convention Center Hotel.  This 1100 room “four star” high-rise hotel, is complete with grand ballrooms, junior ballrooms, pre-function areas, and diverse full-service restaurants.   The hotel is operated by Hyatt and provides critical lodging requirements associated with the expansion of the Colorado Convention Center. The hotel is 1.2 million total square-feet and cost $285 Million to design and construct.

Additional features include a display kitchen, a convention bar, and a business center for guest use.  The health club offers a lap pool, a whirlpool, and outdoor terraces on the fifth floor.
