Pinnacle Towers

Pinnacle Towers at 17th and Fillmore was a 450,000-sf project consisting of two luxury condominium towers connected by an eight-story base. The base included 400 parking spaces plus amenities. The 29-story Tower I is comprised of 147 units while Tower II is 27-stories, with nearly 120 units. BCER designed the mechanical and plumbing systems for the new construction and its amenities which include a state-of-the-art workout facility, rooftop pool, media room, club room, guest suites, and a wine tasting room.
