This remodel of 109,000 square feet at 826 Coal Creek Circle in Louisville, involved careful coordination of MEP in very specialized areas such as Mock Operating Rooms, V & V Lab, Services Lab, Mech/Elec Lab, ADEV Lab, EE Safety Lab, EE Gen. Lab, Software Lab & IT Lab. There were also more standard areas that included training, conference executive and engineering offices.
