Jason Miller
Jason joined the Rondinelli Life Safety team in July as a Fire Protection Engineer. His experience in fire protection systems, and specifically fire alarm and smoke control systems, will be a real addition to our BCER team. Please welcome Jason when you see him.
Education:
Jason graduated from the University of Maryland at College Park where he received a degree in Fire Protection Engineering.
Experience:
Since 2009, Jason has been working independently as a fire protection and life safety consultant. Prior to that time he worked with Schirmer Engineering as a Consulting Engineer and with SimplexGrinnell as a regional Business Development Manager. He has over 16 years of experience working in the fire protection and life safety field with specialties in fire alarm and smoke control systems design and commissioning, healthcare life safety evaluations, as well as broad experience with the building and fire codes.
Hobbies/Interests:
In his free time Jason enjoys spending time hiking, camping and exploring the backcountry of Colorado.

Dave Nuss
Dave will be joining the Rondinelli Life Safety team as a Fire Protection Consultant. His many years as a fire marshal, code official and Regional NFPA representative will help our clients with life safety code requirements and fire protection issues.
Education:
Dave holds an undergraduate degree in Technical Management from Regis University in Denver and a graduate degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado-Denver School of Public Affairs.
Experience:
Most recently Dave was the Wildland Fire Operations Division Manager for NFPA. Previously Dave served for 10 years as the NFPA Denver Regional Manager. Dave was a career firefighter and progressed through the ranks to deputy chief; he has over 22 years of service in Colorado and Oregon. During that time he served on various state and national committees regarding technical fire code development and public education and outreach.
Hobbies/Interests:
Dave is a self-described outdoor nut and enjoys hiking, bicycling, and snow shoeing. He and his wife Linda raised two sons who are now out forging lives of their own.
