TAi Companies – Republic Plaza
TAi Company is a national survey company operating mainly in evening hours, thus requiring after hours heating, air conditioning and electrical provisions. The addition of supplemental HVAC units in addition to the existing base building HVAC system required careful coordination with existing conditions, as the space above the ceiling was limited. The zoning of the additional units, acoustic considerations, and ventilation air requirements added a challenging perspective to this 9,000 square foot project on the 31st floor of Republic Plaza.
