Medtronic is a medical technology company, offering innovative therapies to fulfill the goal of alleviating pain, restoring health, and extending life, through Cardiac, Vascular Restorative Therapies and Diabetes research and products. This remodel of 109,000 square feet at 826 Coal Creek Circle in Louisville, involved careful coordination of MEP in very specialized areas such as Mock Operating Rooms, V & V Lab, Services Lab, Mech/Elec Lab, ADEV Lab, EE Safety Lab, EE Gen. Lab, Software Lab & IT Lab. There were also more standard areas that included training, conference executive and engineering offices.

Health One is a healthcare system in the Denver metro area working with eight hospitals and over 40 outpatient facilities. Located at the Belleview Corporate Center in the Denver Tech Center the 77,000 square foot space consisted of work on three floors including offices, conference, server room, ADA upgrades and a coffee kiosk.

St. Anthony’s Medical MOB I & II
BCER provided Electrical Engineering services for the design and construction of two main medical office buildings on Saint Anthony's West Medical Campus in Lakewood Colorado. Under a design/build contract with a local electrical contractor, BCER engineers worked closely to integrate the two 100,000 square foot buildings with the main hospital. Upon completion of the core and shell of each building, BCER continued engineering services for the tenant build-out for both four-story buildings. Some of the specialty spaces include sleep labs and control rooms, cardiac rehabilitation rooms/gym, preadmission testing, cancer center, imaging center, breast cancer, ultrasound/biopsy, Linacs, PET CT, bone density labs, infusion bays, diagnostic rooms, midwifery; birth by design with lactation and follow-up support space just to name a few.
