MEP Engineering > Historic Renovations > AHEC Tivoli Brewing Co. Tap House

AHEC Tivoli Brewing Co. Tap House

BCER Engineering is currently providing mechanical and electrical engineering services for the remodel of the existing Cimarron Coffee Shop and the Boiler Room converting these spaces into the new Tivoli Brew House, Brewery, and warehouse.  The overall approach is to maintain the historic significance of the existing space while providing for the programmed needs of the tenant.   The main entrance to the brew house will be through the existing Cimarron entrance with an additional entrance to the future beer garden to be located directly outside to the north & east.  A glass wall will separate the brew house from the actual brewing process to allow customers to observe the brewing process and operations.  The scope of the project also includes: removal of the existing elevator and stair in brew house; remodel and modernization of the existing restrooms; renovation of bar and tap room and extend to the north; renovation of the existing kitchen; conversion of the existing Boiler Room Lounge into Tivoli Brewery; development of new bottling area in south east corner of existing space; develop a small bar/viewing area with direct access to the brew house; and development of a refrigerated “warehouse” to accommodate beer storage.
