CSU – Lory Student Center

The Lory Student Center project consisted of a renovation of the existing CSU bookstore. This new design gives Students easier access to course materials and supplies. The renovation also covers an updated lounge on the second floor, elevator access to the third floor, and updated bathrooms.

The Adult Learner and Veteran Services (ALVS) addition created a community area for veterans and nontraditional students. The ALVS space includes offices and gathering areas. This renovation covers approximately 110,000 sf.

BCER provided consulting services for Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design. With sustainability goals in mind, the replacement of the aging heating and cooling system was a top priority.
