Atelier at University Park

BCER provided Engineering services for the new construction of Atelier at University Park, located at 2400 South University Blvd, Denver. This project consists of approximately 450,000 sf of luxury apartment units, amenities, retail spaces, and two levels of below grade parking. The 5-story building is comprised of approximately 250 units. The amenities include an indoor lap pool, rooftop pool, a workout facility, yoga studio, steam and sauna rooms, and media center. BCER provided Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing,  Fire Suppression, and Fire Detection services for this building.
