Jeffco – Wilmot Elementary School

In 1962, Wilmot Elementary School was named to honor Dwight Porter Wilmot, who founded in Evergreen in 1880.

Wilmot Elementary is a PreK-5th grade public school in beautiful Evergreen with a mountain backdrop. As part of JEFFCO public schools, Wilmot follows the Colorado Academic Standards to educate the 400 students who attend. This 15,000 sf addition added a new gym, cafeteria, kitchen, stage/music room, and offices. After the addition was built, the old gym, cafeteria, and music building was demolished.

BCER provided Technology consulting services for this project. Our services included a new IDF room for telecom, updated technology for student learning, new security cameras and access control panels on doors, intrusion detection monitors on all entrances/exits of the building, and a projector and screen in the new cafeteria.
