BCER Engineering provides mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering for small to large office development throughout the Front Range. This work serves Owners, Architects, Owner’s Representatives, and large Facility Managers and Engineering Staff. BCER Engineering services the ongoing Tenant Development for such clients as Brookfield Office Properties at the Republic Plaza Building and the 1801 California Building; Crescent Real Estate Equities at the 707 17^th Street and 717 17^th Street Towers; LBA Realty at the Colorado State Bank Building, the Denver Place building and 9 large office buildings at the Denver Technological Center. Other significant clients include Jones-Lange-LaSalle, Rosemount Realty, Trans Western, and Unico Properties. Major Architectural clients are IA Interior Architects, Saber/Saber, Box Studio, RNL Design, Davis Partnership, ELSY Studios, Tenant Planning Services, Burkett Design, BGL, Acquilano-Leslie, Michael Barber, and OZ Architects.
