Rare Air Limited

This project is a new Aircraft Storage Hangar at the Centennial Airport in Centennial, Colorado. The project is approximately 41,210 square feet consisting of a 30,000 sf free span hangar bay and 7,250 sf of attached/support spaces plus 2,160 sf of automobile garages and an attached 1,800 sf covered parking area. The attached lean-to-area includes support offices, high end lobby, break room, restrooms, locker areas, parts storage and other support areas. The lighting consists of architectural pendants and wall mounted indirect lighting in the lobby area. Blue LED accent lights were used on the exterior around the lobby to differentiate it from the remainder of the facility.
