Children’s Hospital Colorado – South Campus

The approximately 180,000-sf Children’s Hospital Colorado South Campus facility is located at the corner of Plaza Drive and Lucent Blvd., south of C-470 in Highlands Ranch, CO. The facility offers a wide range of expert pediatric care including Urgent, Outpatient Specialty, Inpatient and Surgery Care along with imaging services (including MRI, CT, ultrasound and fluoroscopy) and diagnostic services (including ECHO, EKG, EEG, audiology and sleep studies). Through a design-assist effort with the ownership, design, and contracting teams, the project followed an expedited path to provide full services to the community in a 21 month total process. The full service facility includes: 24/7 Urgent Care, Inpatient Care, Sleep Studies, Oncology, Orthopedics, Rehabilitation Medicine, Ophthalmology, ENT, Pulmonary, Cardiology, Neurology, Urology, Pediatric Surgery, Genetics, Endocrinology, Adolescent Gynecology, Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, Allergy, Child Protection Team, Metabolic, Family Planning, Neurosurgery. A few of the specialty spaces include: Sports Medicine Program, including physician consults and therapy gym; Infusion Center; Operating Rooms; Pharmacy; Laboratory Services; Imaging Services – General Radiology, MRI, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy, CT.
