Elway’s Restaurant – The Lodge at Vail

In 2011, two former restaurant spaces were converted into one 3,000-sf fine dining restaurant located in The Lodge at Vail.BCER provided the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Design services for the project. The main entrance features a welcoming, open lobby area, where views of a raw bar and open kitchen can be seen. The new restaurant – called Elway’s – has about 240 total seats, including the outside patio tables. The restaurant successfully opened in time for the 2011-2012 ski season.
