Four Seasons – Vail

Working as the Owner’s Representative, BCER Engineering provided the Life Safety, Fire Protection, Mechanical and Electrical Startup and Commissioning Consulting services for the Four Seasons Resort in Vail, Colorado. BCER Engineering provided code consulting, smoke control system design, fire and smoke modeling, and fire protection and fire alarm design for this facility. The Four Seasons Hotel is a five-star, 10-story residential hotel and condominium building with mixed use occupancies including an enclosed parking structure, retail, business, hotel, and residential occupancies.  This 500,000 square foot property includes 121 guest rooms and suites, 16 private residences. Deliverables resulting from the Startup & Commissioning Services included completed Startup & Commissioning Checklist forms for incorporation into the Contractor’s O&M manuals along with equipment specific testing reports.
