BCER provided mechanical consulting services to develop a full set of construction documents and contract administration services for the project. This includes the engineering design of the heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems; the plumbing systems; the fire suppression systems by performance specification; and the design and layout of the main piping systems of the project.
