Denver Housing Authority – Thomas Canole

BCER Engineering provided Mechanical and Electrical Design services for the renovation of this Denver Housing Authority 12-story apartment complex built in early 1950.  The renovation and modernization of this building included the replacement of the HVAC, power, communication, fire protection, and life safety systems in 100 individual units.  The Denver Housing Authority made the apartments in this 84,326 sf. building available as lower income housing.
