DPS – Stedman Elementary School

The goal of this project was to decrease energy consumption by
replacing old, inefficient mechanical equipment with new, high-efficiency
units that control the indoor air quality of this DPS school.

Stedman Elementary School was built in 1923. Since then, three
additions have been added to the original building. Approximately 250
students, from Pre-kindergarten to 5th Grade, attend this school. The
building has three stories: Basement, 1st floor, and 2nd floor.

BCER provided Mechanical and Electrical engineering services to
support the mechanical and cooling equipment.
