Great Divide

BCER provided Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Engineering services for the new construction of the Great Divide Brewery. The brewery was delivered and constructed in 2 phases. Phase I includes a bottle, can, and keg manufacturing line, offices, locker rooms, a break room, and storage. Also included in Phase I is a small taproom open to the public. Phase II consists of a 1st and 2nd-floor brewhouse, a malt handling, cellar, and a bar/restaurant with associated kitchen and back-of-house functions. Also included in this phase is a Sensory Area that is isolated from smells, sights, and sounds to allow for the taster to fully experience the beer.
