Transamerica

Transamerica relocated and expanded its Denver office to downtown Denver, leasing 121,000 square feet in the 1801 California St. on five floors increasing the company’s employees from 325 to 650. Saiber Architecture in conjunction with Transamerica’s in house architect designed the state of the art space, which includes a 52nd-floor destination space with an open ceiling. The destination space overlooks Coors Field and the LODO area. BCER was involved in the quick-paced design and Provident Construction was equally speedy in the construction of these floors within the required time frame.
