Intersand America

Intersand is a world leader in premium cat litter for the last 30 years. They have locations in 60 countries around the world. The construction of this Windsor facility is the first manufacturing and distribution facility in the United States. They design and manufacture private-label cat litter, and their internal R&D and Innovation Center can tailor it to customer-specific needs.

The new warehouse, packaging, and distribution facility is 40,800 sf which includes a multiple-story process tower. There is an additional 3,000 sf of office space.
