Medical Center of the Rockies

BCER worked on the design to relocate the existing Life Skills Department from Poudre Valley Hospital to the Medical Center of the Rockies. The build-out for the new Life Skills Department was approximately 20,000 sf and included sleep rooms, patient rooms, toilet/shower rooms, “home-style” kitchens complete with washers and dryers. Also included in the renovation were LDR rooms and post-partum rooms. The Life Skills project was delivered utilizing a CM/GC delivery method and the A/E team provided assistance with the cost opinion.
