Minot North Dakota Airport

Due to the traffic increases of more than double at the Minot North Dakota Airport, many airlines such as Delta and Frontier have expanded their services.  This increase in traffic has resulted in substantially longer waiting times at the existing airport. In an attempt to respond to the heavy travel demands in the area, the airport commissioned design services for a new airport.  As the MEP/FP and Code/Life Safety consultants.  The new $40 million airport is approximately 115,000 square feet and will house a total of six main gates. The new terminal is about three times the size of the old terminal with additional space for airport amenities such as car rental companies, ticketing stations, restaurants, and a gift shop.
