Children’s Behavioral Health Building

This new 150,000-sf Behavioral Health Building for Children’s Hospital is located on the Fitzsimons Campus in Aurora, Colorado. This new building is a 7-story high-rise comprised of “I” and “B” occupancy spaces. The spaces include Bedrooms, Exam rooms, Group and individual therapy rooms, and Isolation “chill” rooms. Using a Design/Build delivery process, the $30,000,000 construction project was designed using BCER’s services for the core and shell and tenant build-out of all the spaces.
