Platte River Power Authority

Since 1978, the Platte River Power Authority has been located in Fort Collins, Colorado, and over the years has been growing in staff and services provided. As a result, the new Headquarters Campus project was started to provide a modern up-to-date workplace and technology and energy efficiency.

BCER provided technology engineering services to this new 81,112 sf facility. The detailed analysis included safety improvements, efficiency, code compliance, and useful function for the life span of the building.
